Our Trois-Rivières facilities integrate a complete R&D laboratory and an industrial microbial bioproduct production unit under one roof. This vertical integration allows us to move from development to commercial production without compromising quality or technology transfer timelines.
Laboratory
Our laboratory is equipped to cover all disciplines required in microbial biotechnology: microbiology, biochemistry, enzymology, molecular biology and fermentation. Key equipment: laminar flow hoods, PCR, RT-PCR, flow cytometry, 2.5 to 10 L laboratory fermenters. All strain selection, formulation optimization and quality control steps are carried out here before scale-up in the production unit.
Specialized Microbial Bioproduct and Sanitation Production Unit
Our production unit manufactures our various high-concentration sporulated bioproducts daily while maintaining the flexibility required for pilot process development. Key equipment: 50 L pilot fermenter, 1,600 L production fermenter, tangential filtration, formulation tanks. The chain is fully integrated from fermenter to packaging.
Industrial Capacity
Our industrial fermenters enable commercial-scale production of our microbial and sanitation products with rigorous process control — pH, temperature, aeration, agitation — to guarantee the reproducibility and traceability of every production run.
